Aug 5 - Tubing

Another nice sunny day that was not too hot. The lake was almost flat calm so it was a good chance to take some beginner inner tubers out behind the boat. As some of the kids were also leaving soon, it was now or never.
These pictures will only really have meaning to family members but they are still fun to look at.
For the more experienced tubers, boat has a very deep V hull and throws up a serious wake so we can make our own waves. My cousin’s son always wants it as wild as I can make it.



I did manage to fling him off but we missed the picture.

A bit of air as we doubled back over our wake.

It was my daughter’s girlfriend’s first time.

At first she tried the underwater route. To be fair it was really easy to to this.

Then she kept back far enough to keep the front up. She enjoyed it enough that she went a second time.


My nephew needed some company from another cousin’s daughter on his first ride.

They hit a few bumps.



Then he went by himself.


And his brother.


And she requested a wild ride for herself.




Lots of fun.
